Also, my current quest is to figure out what the muscle is that runs along the inside of my thigh, slightly to the back of the leg - and figure out how to stretch it, because it's preventing me from doing certain forward folds or getting my legs out to a 90 degree angle.

UPDATE - It's my adductors. And I find it amusing that it wants to correct the spelling to abductors. Those are on the outside of the thigh!
