I'm not symmetrical :-(

I noticed last time I ran that I was feeling a little soreness in my right shin, which seemed to be alleviated if I leaned a bit to the left.

I noticed when I was showering after swimming that my right quad is more muscular than my left.

I noticed in the studio mirrors when I was in yoga class that my left hip/outer thigh has considerably more...padding.

I'm uneven! :-(

Time for some lunges, side and rear leg lifts, and single-leg squats (yes, I can do these!) to focus on the left leg. I also plan to try going up stairs leading with my left leg rather than alternating so it does some more work.
