Course 1: confit of salmon with poached lobster, paired with sauvignon blanc
Course 2: celeriac cream, duck consomme, duck brioche sandwich paired with pinot noir
Course 3: seared scallops paired with chardonnay
Course 4: slow roasted veal tenderloin paired with cabernet sauvignon
Course 5: caramelized pear and nougat parfait paired with moscato
